Job Summary
Care the Wright Way is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing patients, developing and managing individualized plans of care, monitoring patient conditions, and coordinating with caregivers and other members of the care team.
We are currently looking to expand our services into the Savannah area, providing an exciting opportunity for the right RN to become a key member of our expansion and help establish and oversee care services in the area.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, compassionate, and committed to providing high-quality, personalized patient care. You should have strong communication and problem-solving skills, along with a solid understanding of current nursing practices.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care
- Coordinate with caregivers, supervisors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure appropriate patient care
- Administer medications and monitor patients for potential side effects or adverse reactions
- Monitor and document changes in patients’ conditions and report concerns appropriately
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient care records
- Communicate observations, updates, and recommendations to supervisors and other members of the care team
- Provide guidance and support to caregivers as needed
- Ensure care is provided in accordance with established care plans and applicable standards
Qualifications
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment
- Previous experience working as a Registered Nurse preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and patient-care skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Current First Aid/CPR certification required
- Ability to work independently while effectively communicating with the care team
- Willingness to support the company’s growth and expansion into the Savannah area

Compensation: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
